Allison Baxley is an accomplished sales representative with extensive experience in the outdoor and sporting goods industry. Since May 2021, Allison has held positions as Southeast Sales Representative for Carve Designs and Sales Representative for Marolina Outdoor, Inc., representing HUK Fishing Gear. Additionally, Allison has been a Sales Representative for Darn Tough Vermont since November 2017 and has worked with Decker & Associates since June 2017, where responsibilities include event planning and trade show coordination for multiple brands including Helly Hansen and HUK. Past experience includes sales roles at ICEMULE Coolers, Helly Hansen, Wolverine Worldwide, Five Ten®, and adidas TERREX. Earlier experience as a raft guide with Lakota River Guides provided valuable skills in outdoor recreation. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned in 2012.
