Brian Weston is currently the Vice President of Hospitality at Cabot, where he develops signature programming and brand rituals for the global Cabot experience. Prior to this role, he held positions at W Hotels, The St. Regis Toronto, Fairmont Royal York, Shangri-La Group, Fairmont The Palm Dubai, and Fairmont Winnipeg, where he gained extensive experience in food and beverage management. With a background in Hotel Management from George Brown College and Executive Leadership and Performance Leadership certificates from Cornell University, Brian has proven his expertise in creating exceptional guest experiences and overseeing various aspects of food and beverage operations.
