Keaton DeKock has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 2019, they worked as a Retail Associate at Swim's Sporting Goods, where they sold sporting goods and also had experience in creating shirts, medals, plaques, and tags for various projects. During the same year, they also served as an Umpire for the Iowa High School Athletic Association, demonstrating effective communication skills in resolving problems with coaches, players, and fans during games. In 2021, Keaton worked as a Service Specialist Intern at F&G, gaining valuable experience in the field. From 2022 to 2023, they joined Cintas as a Sales Rep-in-Training and later became a Facility Services Sales Rep. Currently, Keaton holds the position of Regional Sales Manager at Cablevey Conveyors, starting in February 2023.

Keaton DeKock attended Oskaloosa Senior High School from 2014 to 2018. Following high school, Keaton enrolled at Simpson College, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a focus on Data Analytics. Keaton completed their undergraduate education at Simpson College from 2018 to 2022.
