Jeff Vaughn has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jeff started their career in 2006 at Wilks Broadcasting, where they worked as an On Air Personality and later became the Morning Show Producer and Imaging Director at KBEQ-FM. In 2010, they joined Wilks Broadcasting again as the Director of Digital Sales, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, Jeff founded iFocus Marketing, a digital marketing startup agency, where they served as the Founder and CEO until 2017. After that, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Cable Dahmer Automotive Group in 2017. In 2019, Jeff founded Martin City Marketing. Jeff also has experience as an Owner/DJ at "Two Guys, a Girl and Some Speakers" from 2001 to 2020.

Jeff Vaughn attended Archbishop O'Hara High School until 2003. In 2003, they enrolled at William Jewell College and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in Communications with an emphasis in Electronic Media.
