Lars Ryholl is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including robotics, manufacturing, and automation. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and previously as Chief Operating Officer at Cabinplant since December 2018, Lars has demonstrated a strong ability to drive operational excellence. Prior positions include Manager at Roboman ApS, where Lars focused on advanced robotic automation solutions, and multiple roles as COO/CEO and board member at Midform Group, overseeing manufacturing facilities in Denmark, Slovakia, and Poland. Lars has also held key positions at Scandinavian Brake Systems A/S, Ib Andresen Industri A/S, and other organizations, consistently emphasizing continuous improvement and strategic development. Educational qualifications include an eMBA in Change Leadership from Aarhus University and a degree in Production Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark.
