Andrés Baute Gutierrez currently serves as the Jefe de Unidad Técnica in S.T. Innovación and S.A. de Sector Público Insular at CABILDO DE TENERIFE, focusing on corporate strategy and synergy creation for dependent entities since January 2021. Previous roles include Jefe de Unidad Técnica for the urban rehabilitation of Puerto de la Cruz, where notable urban improvement projects were executed between 2017 and 2020. Earlier in their career, Andrés held various technical leadership positions at CABILDO DE TENERIFE, leading public works and sustainability initiatives from 2001 to 2016. With a strong engineering background established in the 1990s and advanced education in project management, industrial organization, and business administration, Andrés combines extensive experience in urban planning, public infrastructure, and environmental projects. Currently, Andrés is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Universitat Politècnica de València.
