Gwen Pilorget started their work experience in 2012 as an Assistant Communications Manager at Imprimerie du Marais. Gwen then worked as a Retail Sales Executive at HUGO BOSS for a brief period before joining Sony Music Entertainment as a Musician in 2012. In 2017, they became a CS Executive at booking.com and later worked at CHU de Rennes as a Donner son corps à la Science until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Gwen worked at Brompton Bicycle as a CS Representative for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Service at CABAIA starting in September 2020.
Gwen Pilorget completed their Master's degree in Marketing et communication from OMNES Education during the years 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information et Communication, specifically in Communication and Media Studies, from Université catholique de l'Ouest from 2009 to 2011.
