Vijayakumar Murugan has worked in the software testing and engineering field since 2007. Vijayakumar began their career at Suresoft Technologies as an Engineer in Software Testing and Validation, creating test cases and executing them for every build, as well as bug tracking. In 2010, they moved to HCL Technologies as a Lead Engineer, executing certification tests and verifying DVR features, creating and executing test cases for various features in SONY linux based Digital television, and bug tracking and maintaining reports for every build. In 2012, they joined Nichepro Technologies as a Senior Software Testing Engineer, performing acceptance, sanity, functional testing, and managing reports for every build. In 2015, they became a Project Lead at FossilShale Embedded Technologies (P) Ltd., where they performed audio and video testing using different third party tools. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Caavo as an Engineer-III (Test).

Vijayakumar Murugan received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Alagappa University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a DCE in Computer Engineering from Arasan Ganesan Polytechnic College from 2004 to 2007.
