Rajasekharan R has worked in the IT industry since 2007. Rajasekharan began their career as a Team Lead at Fluent Technologies, where they designed, coded and deployed systems using JAVA/J2EE technologies and developed and implemented user interfaces using JSP and AJAX frameworks. In 2012, they moved to Trianz as a Technical Lead. Rajasekharan then worked as a Member Technical Staff at NetApp from 2015 to 2017, before becoming a Staff Engineer at Caavo in 2017.

Rajasekharan R obtained a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics from Saintgits College of Engineering MG University between 2002 and 2006. Rajasekharan also holds a Sun Certified Java Programmer 5 certification from Sun Microsystems.
