Luke Moran has extensive experience in total rewards and analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager at CAAT Pension Plan since January 2022, following roles as Manager and Senior Total Rewards Specialist. Prior to this, Luke worked at Willis Towers Watson from January 2019 to January 2022 as Associate Director and Senior Associate. Earlier in their career, Luke spent nearly a decade at Morneau Shepell, progressing from Benefits Analyst to Consultant. Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph, completed in 2009.
