Gail Fierstein serves as an Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital since October 2023 and holds the position of SVP, Head of People at CaaStle since November 2018. Additionally, Gail is a Board Advisor at Beyond Barriers, which focuses on accelerating women in leadership through accessible training and coaching. Prior experience includes roles as SVP HR at Pearson plc, where responsibilities encompassed talent development and organization design from September 2014 to October 2018, and Senior Director at the Markle Foundation, managing strategic initiatives for ReWork America from July 2013 to August 2014. Gail's career began at Goldman Sachs, where the role of Managing Director in Human Capital Management included oversight of global HR teams and development of talent frameworks from March 1987 to December 2012. Gail holds a Marketing degree from Rutgers University and an Executive Coaching Certification from Teachers College, Columbia University.
