Ravindra Bajpai has over 18 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Lead Data Engineer at CPP Investments, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at NCS Group from February 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they served as a Data Engineering Team Lead at ShopBack from May 2019 to January 2021. From March 2016 to April 2019, they worked as a Data Engineer at Agoda. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Senior Technical Specialist at Philips Innovation Campus Bangalore from December 2014 to February 2016. Ravindra also worked as a Staff Software Engineer at IBM India Software Labs from May 2006 to November 2014 and as a Software Engineer at AmSoft Systems from January 2004 to April 2006.

Ravindra Bajpai completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Analytics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their MCA degree in Computer Applications from CDAC NOIDA in the years 2001-2004.
