Rachel Bialas currently serves as a Team Lead and Account Manager at C&A Industries - Aureus Medical since February 2016, specializing in connecting hospitals with qualified Cath Lab, IR, and EP RNs, while assisting nurses in achieving their career goals. Previously, Rachel held the position of Operations Manager at Togs from September 2015 to February 2016, where organizational skills enhanced store operations and hiring processes. Rachel also worked as a General Manager at Francesca's from February 2014 to September 2015, focusing on associate development and increasing sales figures. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Charming Charlie, where coaching and skill development were priorities, and as a Summer Intern at Pattino Shoe Boutique, gaining insight into daily operations.
