Kate Congilose, CLF has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2014, they joined C&A Financial Group as the Managing Director, where they focused on finding individuals who aligned with the company's values and could contribute to its success. Kate emphasized qualities such as entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented mindset, and a desire to help others achieve financial security. Kate also served as a Financial Representative at C&A Financial Group, where they specifically aimed to empower women, young professionals, and the LGBTQ+ community in achieving their financial goals.

In 2019, Kate became an Assistant Softball Coach at Georgian Court University. Kate worked closely with players on their hitting and batting analysis, guiding them in their journey into the professional world. Prior to that, Kate was a 1st Grade Teacher at Griebling Elementary School. Teaching was a passion of hers, and although they no longer teaches 1st grade, they continue to make an impact through education.

Kate Congilose, CLF, attended Monsignor Donovan High School from 2004 to 2008. Kate then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and STEM at The College of New Jersey from 2008 to 2013.
