Wayne Cooper is a seasoned Program Manager at C5T Corporation since September 2016, overseeing the USTRANSCOM portfolio of IT systems and developing capabilities-based portfolio management processes. Prior to this, Wayne held significant leadership roles in the United States Air Force, including Commander of the Education Support Squadron, where a 40-person unit provided comprehensive administrative support to various military colleges, and Director of Staff at Air University, managing a staff of 200 and coordinating a $250M budget. Additional experience includes leading wargaming initiatives, developing Air Force doctrine, and executing logistics for various military operations. Wayne's educational background features a Master's in Strategic Studies from Air War College and a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Science Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
