Troy Kettwick is a Senior Technical Recruiter at C4 Technical Services, responsible for sourcing top talent in IT, UX, and Engineering for clients since January 2018. C4 Technical Services is a Women and Minority-owned IT-Infrastructure and Telecommunications staffing firm based in the Twin Cities. Prior to this role, Troy served as a Marketing Intern at Winnebago Coop Telecom Association, where skills in creating marketing campaigns and collaborating across teams were developed. Experience also includes serving as an Assistant Baseball Coach at North Iowa Community Schools, where game lineups and practice schedules were managed, and working in maintenance for the same school district, focusing on classroom and playground upkeep. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Iowa State University, completed in 2017.
