Anushka Oza has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016. That year, they worked as a Summer Intern at Supratech Micropath Laboratory & Research Institute Private Limited, where they observed and performed diagnostic tests under supervision. Anushka also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Aspire Impact, where they handled back end logistical and administrative activities for the Leadership development programme at The Doon School, Dehradun. In 2017, they completed an Internship at v-shesh. In 2018, they were selected as an SDG Talent-2018 at UNLEASH - Innovation lab for SDGs. In 2019, they worked as a Research Intern at the Neurophysiology department at National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences, and as a Teaching Assistant for a graduate level Neuroscience course at Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. In 2020, they worked as a Research Associate at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and as a Research Assistant at Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. Currently, they are working as a Research Consultant at C3Research.

Anushka Oza earned their Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry from St. Xavier's College Ahmedabad in 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Cognitive Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar, which they completed in 2020. In March 2022, they obtained a certification in Human Subjects Research - Social-Behavioral-Educational (SBE) Foundations from the CITI Program.
