Weiguo Zhu is a seasoned software development manager currently at C2SEC since August 2018, specializing in SaaS service platform development with expertise in mainstream web technologies such as Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS, RESTful APIs, and PHP/GO/Node.js, along with MySQL and Docker. Prior to C2SEC, Weiguo Zhu held roles at Oracle from December 2012 to July 2018 as a principal member of the technical staff, contributing to blockchain services on Oracle Cloud and automated tools for migrating mainframe applications. Additionally, Weiguo Zhu worked as a team leader and Scrum Master at Nokia Siemens Networks from October 2008 to August 2012, focusing on carrier switch products, and served as a senior software engineer at ZTE from April 2005 to August 2008. Weiguo Zhu holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University in China, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
