Lucy S. has extensive experience in operations and production management, serving as Operations Director at C21Media since August 2005, where previous roles included Head of Production and Production Manager. Since April 2019, Lucy S. has also held the position of Operations Director for the Rose d'Or Awards. Earlier experience includes working as Production Manager at SportBusiness Group from November 2002 to August 2005 and as Marketing and PR Assistant at Otley College from 2000 to 2002. Lucy S. holds an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration from Otley College and completed studies at The Open University from 2009 to 2015.
