Margaret Rimsky Richards has a long and varied career in marketing and strategy. Margaret began their career in 2001 as an Analyst at Cliff Freeman & Partners. Margaret then moved to Amalgamated in 2003 as a Strategist, where they developed strategies for Ben & Jerry's and helped establish Freelancers Union. In the same year, they became a Board Member at Let's Get Ready, where they lined up volunteer resources to revamp branding, identity and donor engagement. In 2005, they joined Bartle Bogle Hegarty NY as a Senior Planner, where they worked on the award-winning Vaseline campaign. Finally, in 2008, they joined Ogilvy as a Senior Partner, Worldwide Group Strategy Director, where they managed integrated strategy teams across social, data & analytics, customer engagement, PR and media. Margaret also led strategy on 2 of the 5 most effective brands of all time (Dove and IBM) according to the Global Effies Index. In 2022, they became the Global Head of Marketing at C16 Biosciences.
Margaret Rimsky Richards attended Yale University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History.
