Gwen Barone is an experienced Customer Success Manager at ConvergeOne since March 2019 and has been a Senior Program Manager at Avaya Inc since July 2000, where responsibilities include managing over 30 concurrent programs for Fortune 500 clients and coordinating project managers and teams. With a robust background at Lucent Technologies, Gwen advanced from Sales Representative to Project Manager and oversaw significant projects, such as a $7 million implementation of a voicemail network for Citibank. Gwen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Pre-Med from Washington & Jefferson College, earned between 1985 and 1989.
