Amy Lewis is a seasoned professional in the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as Sr. Director of Professional Services - Genesys at ConvergeOne since August 2020. Lewis leads a high-performing team focused on delivering superior Genesys contact center solutions. Previously, extensive experience was gained as Vice President of Professional Services at Altivon from January 2005 to August 2020, where Lewis directed a large team to enhance contact center effectiveness. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant at LightEdge Solutions and Manager/Senior Consultant at McGladrey, where expertise in project management, consulting, and engineering was developed over several years. Amy Lewis holds a BS in Accountancy from Southeastern Louisiana University and has completed education at the University of Arizona.
