Eric Paasche has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Eric started their career in 1988 working as a Kvartermester KNM Narvik for Forsvaret. Eric then moved on to ABB Holding in 1994, where they worked as a Trainee before becoming a Company Controller. In 1998, they joined Accenture as a Management Consultant. From 2002 to 2007, they served as the CFO for Stormbull AS. Eric later became a Partner at Bridgehead AS from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, Eric started their own business, B R Paasche Agentur AS, where they served as the Owner and Manager. Currently, they are working at C TWO, formerly RPA Supervisor, as an Operations Manager.

Eric Paasche's education history begins in 1986, when they attended Fana Gymnas. Eric studied Samfunnsfaglig during their time at the school, although no degree name is provided. From 1988 to 1990, Eric enrolled in the Norwegian Naval Officer Training School, specifically in the Business Administration and Management, General program. Eric obtained a degree called Kvartermester. Eric continued their education at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a CEMS Master degree in International Business.
