Michelle Summitt has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michelle started their career at Verizon as a Sales Engineer, specializing in customer data networks and voice and data product offerings. Michelle then took on the role of Coordinator, Installation and Maintenance, where they directed troubleshooting efforts for telephone lines and customer connectivity issues. Michelle later became a Resource Management Coordinator at Verizon, managing the scheduling and staffing of a call center providing technical support.

In 2007, Michelle joined Bank of America and held various roles, including Environment Manager, Systems Engineering Manager, and Environments Oversight & Strategy- Channels. In these positions, they managed multiple testing labs, ensured soft and hardware installations were completed, and resolved defects to support testing operations.

In 2017, Michelle joined C Spire as a Technical Account Manager. Michelle is responsible for managing customer accounts, providing support for business-critical applications, and offering product recommendations. Michelle takes a proactive approach to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Michelle Summitt completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California from 1993 to 1998. From 2004 to 2007, they pursued their Master's degree in Biblical Counseling from The Master's College and Seminary.
