Andy LaBar started their work experience in 1991 as an Assistant Field Construction Manager at Elzinga & Volkers, Inc. Construction Professionals. In 1992, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Gundlach Champion, Inc. Andy then joined CR Meyer in 1993 and held the position of Vice President.

From 1989 to 1993, Andy LaBar attended Ferris State University. Andy pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Construction Management.
