Laura Aguiniga has a diverse work experience in the glass industry. Laura started their career at GLASSWERKS LA in 2006 as a Technical Support/Estimator and worked there until 2009. After that, they joined Tri City Glass as an Estimator from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Heinaman Contract Glazing as a Pre-Construction Estimator for a year. In 2016, they moved to C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. where they worked in various roles. Laura started as a Technical Sales representative from 2016 to 2019, then became the Interior Office Partitions Technical Manager from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Entrance Systems and Interior Partitions Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Group Sales at C.R. Laurence Co., Inc.

Laura Aguiniga attended El Camino College from 2004 to 2005. It is unknown what degree or field of study they pursued during that time. Laura later enrolled at the University of Phoenix for Business Administration and Management, General from 2007 to 2009.
