Guylaine Lebel has extensive work experience in the environmental field. Guylaine recently held the position of CEME Executive Director at the Complexe Environnemental Montréal-Est. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Environmental Solutions at Groupe C. Laganière. Guylaine also served as a Team Leader and Environmental project manager at Biogenie Corporation, and as an Environmental project manager at Le Groupe Solroc.

Guylaine Lebel completed their Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from McGill University in the years 1991-1995. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in engineering from the same university during the period of 1997-2001.
