Nancy West has extensive experience in human resources and non-profit leadership. Since June 1990, Nancy has served as the Director of Human Resources at South Coast Plaza. Concurrently, since January 2008, Nancy has held the position of Vice President, Grants at The Segerstrom Foundation, a division of C. J. Segerstrom and Sons LLC. Prior to these roles, Nancy was an HR Generalist at Computer Automation from September 1986 to May 1990. Nancy's educational background includes a BA in Education from the University of Dayton and coursework at UC Irvine from 1987 to 1989.
