Cirilo N. Neto has extensive experience in the ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) sector, currently serving as ROV Project Manager at C-Innovation since March 2020, where responsibilities include planning mobilization and operation of ROV systems on specialized vessels. Previous roles at C-Innovation include ROV Operations Manager, overseeing operations for various vessels. Cirilo co-founded ID Subsea, acting as Director of Business Development from 2018 to 2020, focusing on electronic equipment repairs and underwater inspection project development. Additionally, Cirilo co-founded MACSEA and held pivotal roles in ROV supervision at C-Innovation, Oceaneering, Acergy, and Stolt Comex Seaway. Cirilo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and a Técnico em Eletromecânica from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Fluminense.
