Paulina Wichniarek is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as the Kierownik Działu Personalnego and HR Business Partner at C.Hartwig Gdynia SA since June 2019, Paulina has previously held HR Business Partner roles at Porta KMI Poland and Ergo Hestia, as well as an HR Specialist position at Bank BPH. Paulina began the career in human resources at VECTRA S.A. as a specialist in human resource management. Paulina holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Gdansk and furthered education at Gdańsk University of Technology.
