Larry Soucie has extensive work experience in the construction industry, specifically in millwork and project management. Larry has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

From 2003 to 2009, Soucie was the General Manager at Fallon Fine Cabinetry, Inc.

Larry started their career in 1994 at Fine Impressions, where they were the Owner and General Manager of a custom architectural millwork and renovations business. Larry was responsible for project design, estimating, contracts, purchasing, manufacturing, and installation of fine woodworking projects.
