Nicole Holm, M.A., is an experienced instructional designer and change agent currently working at C. G. Bretting Manufacturing Co., Inc. since February 2012, where responsibilities include managing training projects and collaborating with subject matter experts to implement effective learning solutions. In the role of Change Agent, Nicole planned and delivered training on lean manufacturing principles to over 400 employees and directed assessments of organizational culture. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as an Organizational Development Contract Worker for the State of South Dakota from October 2012 to July 2016, where contributions included developing performance appraisal metrics and employee engagement assessment dimensions. Academic credentials include a Masterā€™s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northland College, complemented by an Associate degree in Psychology from Gogebic Community College.
