Karen Maserjian Shan is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in editorial and public relations roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at C.C. Sullivan LLC and a Contributor at SANCTUARY Magazine, Karen has also held the position of Editor at Hudson Valley Parent magazine, where responsibilities included managing editorial schedules and content development for various media platforms. Previous roles include Account Manager at Impact PR & Communications and over a decade as a freelance journalist, producing numerous articles for the Poughkeepsie Journal. Karen's career began as an Assistant Editor at Interior Design magazine, following a BFA in Communications Design and Illustration from Pratt Institute.
