Robert Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert started their career in 2011 as an Independent Distributor at Bob Fischer Provisions. In 2011, they also worked as a Field Technician at Squan, LLC, where they were responsible for telecom infrastructure solutions. Robert remained in this role until 2015.

Later in 2015, Robert joined MVP Recruitment, LLC as a Recruitment Consultant for a brief period of time.

In 2016, they joined ESM Ferolie, a regional Sales and Marketing organization, as a Senior Funds Administrator. During their time there, they also served as a Customer Development Manager starting from April 2019. The company serves 24% of the US population and is a member of Beacon United National Network of Brokers.

Robert Fischer attended Northern Highlands Regional Highschool from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their High School degree. Robert then pursued higher education at the University of Rhode Island from 2011 to 2015, completing their Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General. In 2017, Robert enrolled at the Bergen County Police, Fire & EMS Academy for their Firefighter One certification, which included studies in FireFighter 1, Hazmat, and Incident Command. Robert successfully obtained the State of New Jersey Fire Fighter certification in 2018.
