Jenna Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jenna'smost recent position is as a New England Business Manager at C.A. Ferolie since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at cFive Solutions from March 2019 to March 2021 as a Sales Development representative. Before that, they were a Sales Development Representative at QuotaFactory from November 2017 to March 2019, where they focused on lead and demand generation in the technology and software industries. Jenna's earliest work experience was as a Lead Preschool Teacher at The Learning Center of Hopkinton from September 2007 to July 2015.

Jenna Fitzgerald completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Early Childhood Education from Massachusetts Bay Community College from 2007 to 2009. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Studies with concentrations in marketing and management from Framingham State University.
