As a member of the Marketing Team, the Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of project pursuits as well as planned marketing and communications programs. We’re looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who can manage their time effectively. The role requires someone with drive who is accountable and flexible.

Essential Functions:

  • Marketing Materials – Coordinate the organization, formatting and distribution of marketing collateral; collaborate with CMO to create specialized flyers/social media posts; create SOPs and other user guidelines for marketing tools and materials as needed; communicate updates to marketing materials to the entire company; maintain and update external and internal websites; and prepare company and project news updates for posting

  • Photography and Videos – Required to travel to multiple active worksites to photograph and video work; travel to and attend special events (such as community outreach everts, ribbon cuttings, etc.); plan photography and videos for internal and external events

  • Project-Related Marketing - Assist and/or coordinate marketing activities related to project pursuits while adhering to the Corporate Brand Standards; provide resume, project profile, & prequalification support as needed; and InDesign operation during proposal finalization

  • Collaboration with Other Departments - Prepare and assemble high-quality custom packages for internal stakeholders (i.e. Business Development, Human Resources, IT, Training, Safety)

  • Manage social media accounts including creation of content; write captions that pertain to company’s work that are informative and fun; and create and maintain content calendar, including market research on trends, upcoming events, etc.

  • Marketing Education – Provide guidance to employees and stakeholders on the appropriate use of marketing tools and systems.

  • Award Submissions - Identify award and recognition opportunities for the company; assist with applications and provide marketing materials as needed

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing or related field

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to safely navigate active construction sites
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to proof and edit marketing materials
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple requests/tasks at once
  • Familiarity with Wix website design, Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook, and Sharepoint site design strongly preferred
  • Ability to use software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Ad Creative AI, and Capcut a plus
  • High-res camera/general photography skills a plus
  • Conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude
  • Balances the need for diplomacy and persistence
  • Strong skills in time management and prioritization
