Karen Evander has been the Director of Communications at Dwyer Workforce Development since April 2024. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Director of Client Services at C360 since December 2014. Karen graduated from the University of Maryland in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
