Nora Lundmark has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Nora began their career as an Intern at Niclas Albinsson, Photographer in 2010, followed by an Administrative Assistant role at Sveriges stilbyggare AB in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Maitre D' at The Village Melbourne in Australia. Nora then moved on to become a Sales Specialist at Victoria's Secret in 2013. In 2014, they were a Store Manager at Bubbleroom, and in 2016 they became a Bar Manager at JOE & THE JUICE. Most recently, they have been a People and Culture Manager at Bzzt AB since 2018.

Nora Lundmark began their education in 2008 when they attended International English School Sweden for their Grundskola. From 2009 to 2011 they attended Katedralskolan Linköping for their Gymnasieexamen in the field of Tvärvetenskapligt inriktning samhällsvetenskap social sience. During 2009, they also attended EF International Language Campuses to study English Language and Literature, General. In 2021, they began their YH-examen at Changemaker Educations in Agile Project Manager.
