Daniel Fritsche has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they worked as an Equity Research Associate at Stephens until September 2018. Daniel then joined Walmart as a Pricing Analytics Manager from November 2018 to May 2019. After that, they returned to Stephens as a Data Strategist from April 2019 to November 2021, and later became the Vice President of Data Strategy from March 2021 onwards. In 2021, they also started working as a Co-Owner at Around Town Media. Currently, Daniel is the Co-Founder of Indexer.xyz, a position they have held since January 2022.

Daniel Fritsche completed their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Arkansas from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they also pursued a semester (2015) of study abroad at the University of Newcastle. In 2016, Daniel went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General from the University of Arkansas, which they completed in 2017.
