Ralph Lehnert has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, and consultancy. Ralph is the Founder and CEO of Bytient as well as the President of Lehnert Ventures, where they focus on acquiring, building, scaling and supporting firms in emerging technologies and high-growth markets. Ralph was also the Co-Founder and Head of Product at redhawk Analytics, and a Venture Associate at DeepWork Capital. In addition, they served as a Program Manager at the Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Ralph has also worked as a Business Development Associate at StarterStudio, an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Rollins Moving Services, and a Research Associate at the United Nations Association of the United States of America. Ralph was also a Co-Founder of Sloffline Studios SG.

Ralph Lehnert completed their high school education at Canterbury School Fort Myers in 2017. Ralph then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Marketing from Rollins College from 2017-2021. Later, they attended the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College from 2020-2022, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Ralph also completed an Executive Education program in Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School in 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics for Beginner, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Social Media from various institutions including Google and HubSpot in March 2019. Recently, they enrolled in the Capital Markets & Securities Analyst (CMSA®) certification from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in 2021.
