Robert Ogan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Robert started their career in 1994 as a TM3 in the US Navy, where they served until 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Build Room Technician at John Deere Information Systems. In 1999, they joined Bettendorf Community School District as a Computer Technician and later transitioned to the role of Network Administrator in 2005. Robert served as the Technology Coordinator from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Iowa Educators Consortium as a Purchasing Coordinator, and in 2015, they became the Director of Engineering at ByteSpeed.

Robert Ogan has a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Western Illinois University.
