Lingxiao Xia is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at ByteDance since September 2021, Lingxiao oversees the Global CRM platform. Simultaneously, Lingxiao co-founded and serves as an Advisor and CTO at Portcast, which focuses on enhancing global supply chains through predictive technology. Previous roles include fellowships at Entrepreneur First, senior backend development at CompareGlobalGroup, and data analyst and consulting positions at Sagit Solutions Limited and Zegal, respectively. Lingxiao holds a PhD in Information Engineering along with dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
