Kamaal Siddiqui is an experienced professional in content operations and training, currently serving as the Content Operations Team Lead at ByteDance since February 2020. Prior to this role, Kamaal worked at Concentrix from January 2017 to February 2020 as a Process Trainer, specializing in content review training delivery. Kamaal also held the position of Subject Matter Expert at Snapdeal from March 2015 to March 2016, where the focus was on customer support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University, completed between 2010 and 2014, with earlier education at Jinvani Bharti Public School and Sarvodaya School in India.
