Juliet Zhu currently serves as the Head of HRX (TPU COE) at 字节跳动 since May 2021. Prior to this position, Juliet Zhu held the role of GC Partner and Principal Consultant at Aon beginning in November 2014. Juliet Zhu also worked as a Senior Manager in HR Consulting at PwC from August 2008 to October 2014. Earlier in career, Juliet Zhu was an HR Generalist and C&B Consultant at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications International AB from September 2001 to August 2008.
