Firdaus Fadzil is currently the Head of Public Policy for E-Commerce at ByteDance, a role commenced in October 2024. Prior to this position, Firdaus served as the Group Head of Regulatory at edotco Group from December 2020 to October 2024, where responsibilities included developing regulatory strategies across eight countries. Experience also includes serving as Assistant Vice President for South East Asia at Axiata (November 2018 - December 2020) and as a Consultant for Regulatory & Corporate Services at Ncell (October 2017 - November 2018). Axiata roles also included Lead for Group Regulatory Affairs and Head of Regulatory & Digital Services at Smart Axiata, enhancing digital services and regulatory compliance. Earlier positions include Manager at Hello Axiata Company Limited and Assistant Manager at Axiata, along with an Executive role in Telekom Malaysia Berhad's Corporate Regulatory Division. Firdaus Fadzil holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering (Hons) from Multimedia University and a Master's degree in Mass Communications from MARA University of Technology.
