Ben Tillotson is currently working as the Reality Labs Policy Manager at Meta. Prior to this, they founded West of Lincoln, LLC and held roles such as Senior U.S. Policy Lead at Aaqua, U.S. Policy at TikTok, and Operations at Text IQ. Their experience also includes roles such as Organizer at the Democratic Party of Georgia, Live-in Intern at Haley House, Student Body President and Dorm Affairs Chair at Associated Students of Claremont McKenna College, Operations Manager at Brooklyn Laboratory Charter School, and Woolley Fellow at Marian Miner Cooke Athenaeum. Ben graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Public Affairs.
