Cezary Kujawski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and leadership coaching. As the Director and Co-Founder of SmartGrowth Ltd since October 2024, Cezary specializes in coaching professionals, leaders, and business owners to achieve their goals through tailored development programs. Prior experience includes serving as the Training & Development Manager at ByrneWallace LLP, where Cezary set learning strategies and designed innovative training solutions, and prior roles at Accenture, Alior Instytut Biznesu, Alior Bank, Groupon Poland, Citi Bank, and Deutsche Bank, focusing on training design, stakeholder engagement, and customer advisory. Cezary holds a Master's degree in Law from Lazarski University and a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College.
