Sanjittha Perinpanathan-Ellis is an accomplished Project Quantity Surveyor at Byrne Bros (Formwork), with extensive experience in managing high-profile projects such as the Lidl Luton regional distribution centre and the All Saints Street project in King’s Cross. Since June 2024, Sanjittha has been involved in significant HS2 projects, including Long Itchington and Bromford, previously contributing to the Wood Wharf Phase 2a commercial development as a Quantity Surveyor. Prior roles include serving as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for Dragados and as a Document Controller for the Battersea Power Station Phase 1 Redevelopment project. Sanjittha holds a Master of Science in Quantity Surveying and has a background in Biochemistry with Microbiology from Queen Mary University of London.
