Michelle started their career at Target in 1991, where they served as an Assistant Store Manager for six years before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Manager for five years. Michelle then joined The Home Depot as a Human Resources Manager for five years, followed by a position as a Human Resources Director at Sprint for two years. Michelle then worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Blockbuster for three years before moving on to a Regional Human Resources Manager role at Family Dollar for one year. Michelle then joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager for five years before joining Byrider, where they held positions as Regional Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and finally Vice President of Human Resources.
