Robert J Cicero is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently a partner at Byrd Campbell, P.A., Robert previously served as Senior Counsel at Morella & Associates, and held significant roles at American Outdoor Brands Inc. and Smith & Wesson as Sr. Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary. Prior to these positions, Robert was Associate General Counsel at Chemtura Corporation and worked at Shearman and Sterling and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as an associate. Robert holds a JD with Distinction from Hofstra University School of Law and a BA with Honors in History from The Catholic University of America.
